Record Low Mortgage Rates- should persuade buyers to buy!!!

"Would you like to see if you can buy this property at this years interest rates and at next years price?"

This is the question that Realtors should be asking right now! We have seen a 13.7% decline in mortgage rates, that is unheard of. Buyers that are on the fence about buying a home should be racing out this weekend to see if they can purchase a home with today's mortgage rates and hopefully get next years sales price.

Foreclosure rates hold steady

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The foreclosure crisis has entered a new phase: The number of properties entering the foreclosure process has dropped, and now nearly matches the number of repossessions.

The number of homeowners falling enough behind on their loans to attract initial notices of default was down 30% in August, RealtyTrac said Thursday. Eventually, that should translate into fewer people losing their homes.
